What to Deliver

Overview#

Each team will be expected to present information and project materials suitable enough for evaluation by the Jury.

These are to be provided no later than the deadline of 1600 CET on Sunday 7th November.

Submissions should be made via upload to your team's private board channel in the Agri-D Food Hack Official Discord server.

Example templates will be provided for each team in their respective board channel. You may use these as your final submission or simply as a reference when creating your own documents.

Any team that does not submit the following deliverables bythe cut-off deadline will not be evaluated in the final competition.

Deliverables#

All teams are required to submit the following:

Project and Team Overview.#

A short 1-2 page document outlining the project, challenge, solution, technology, and team members. (template provided)

Clean Github Repo#

Access to a fresh private or public repository that contains the project code. This repository must be freshly created and contain your workings over the weekend. (Mentor/Jury members Github handles will be provided.)

Prototype / MVP Application or Tool#

A working or demoable prototype or MVP of your final product.

3-5 Min Video Presentation#

A short introduction pitch and demo of your product to be submitted.

Pitch Deck#

A clean and simple pitch deck of various slides outlining the project and product. (Template will be provided)
